You will receive a confirmation by e-mail after we have received your application.

We carefully assess the applications we receive and select applicants who are suitable for the position and the company.

If there are any questions about the application or as an initial contact, a telephone interview may take place.

The interview lasts 30-60 minutes and is usually conducted by two people. Here we get an impression of each other, statements from the application documents are checked and open questions from the applicant and employer are answered.

In order to get to know the company and the applicant better, there is the possibility of trial work.

Acceptance or rejection is usually made by telephone in advance. Unfortunately, it is often the case that we can only consider one application out of numerous good applications when filling a vacancy. In this case, we usually stay in contact or actively encourage you to apply again when another vacancy arises, perhaps to enable you to join BAT Agrar at a later date.
